Joined in Boston Ballet 2006
Bradley Schlagheck began his training at The School of Performing Arts in Maitland, FL, under the direction of Russell Sultzbach. He was awarded the Pao Merit Scholarship from Boston Ballet School in 2004 and began his training with Franco Devita. In 2005, Schlagheck joined Boston Ballet II, under the direction of Raymond Lukens, and began performing extensively with the company. Schlagheck joined the Corps de Ballet in 2006, was promoted to Second Soloist in 2012, and Soloist in 2013.
Schlagheck's featured repertoire with Boston Ballet includes Mikko Nissinen's The Nutcracker (Nutcracker Prince, Snow King, Arabian), The Sleeping Beauty (Pas de Trois), John Cranko's Romeo and Juliet (Paris), Jerome Robbins' Fancy Free, George Balanchine's Divertimento No. 15, Symphony in Three Movements (Turning Principal), and Symphony in C (4th Movement Principal), Christopher Wheeldon's Polyphonia (Wedding Pas), Jorma Elo's Brake The Eyes, Plan to B, and Sharper Side of Dark, Jiří Kylián's Wings of Wax, Petit Mort, No More Play, and Sarabande, Twyla Tharp's In The Upper Room (Stomper), William Forsythe's The Second Detail, and Wayne McGregor's Chroma.
