Description
This position is responsible for making outbound calls to hot and warm leads in order to sell subscription tickets, solicit gifts, and sell single tickets. Representatives may make retention calls throughout the season as well. Call Center Representatives should provide excellent customer service and accurate information to all patrons.
|
Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls to generate subscription and single ticket sales and donations. Occasionally make outbound retention effort calls
- Actively take part in learning about Boston Ballet as a whole in order to increase working knowledge.
- Accurately respond to customer inquiries regarding subscription, single tickets, donations, and other questions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Must meet or exceed established weekly and monthly revenue goals.
- Must be available to work afternoon, evening, and/or weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent work-related experience required
- Call Center experience or equivalent work experience preferred
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A friendly disposition with patrons and co-workers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and crowded workspace
- Experience working with ticketing and fundraising databases a plus
- Interest in non-profit or dance a plus
